Return Policy

    Hassle Free Returns Policy. We guarantee all merchandise sold by Everyday Comfort for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days for a prompt refund.

    To return a product, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please read our Return Policies to make sure that your merchandise qualifies. If your merchandise qualifies call 1-800-935-4222 and a representative will be happy to help you.


  • All "unused" merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Customers will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise that has been used or opened. (Except for the Isotonic Memory Foam Sleep Systems "Mattress and Foundation" which have a 60 day trial and are not subject to any restocking fees.)

  • Customers will be responsible for original shipping cost when returning non-defective products that offered "free shipping". You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Please note that some items may cost more than $100 to return. This policy applies to all orders canceled after they have been shipped.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing or Everyday Comfort error, Everyday Comfort will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund.

  • Your card will be credited when Everyday Comfort has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is received by Everyday Comfort.

  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, Everyday Comfort will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within 24 hours of placing the order. The reason for this is that your order is sent to the manufacturer as quickly as possible for shipment and once the manufacturer has the order, it is difficult to stop the shipment. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 1-800-935-4222 as these requests must be received via phone. Everyday Comfort cannot guarantee the order will be canceled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.

    By placing an order Everyday Comfort customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
