Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California. California state law requires a sales tax on the full amount of the order.

How much does shipping cost?
Most items come with free shipping to the Continental United States. On items that have a shipping charge, it will be specified on the products page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship merchandise within 24 - 48 business hours from the time the order was placed. Individual delivery times will vary depending on your location and type of delivery. See Shipping Info for more details. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call our customer service department at 1-800-935-4222 (M-F 9am - 6pm PST).

If it is too late to cancel an order, simply return your order to us upon receipt for a refund of the merchandise cost. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways of cancelled orders that have shipped. Once an order has been processed by our system it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders are processed constantly during the day.

What if my item is backordered?
If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you of the backorder. These items are usually available in 7-14 days and will be shipped to you automatically You may choose to cancel or change your order by calling our Customer Service dept. at 1-800-935-4222 (M-F 9am - 6pm PST).

What if I want to return something?
We stand behind our products. Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number.
